I like to top my jello shots with a thin slice of fresh peach for presentation points. Stir until the gelatin is dissolved. A romantic dessert for two for valentine's day. Remove from heat and stir in sparkling pink moscato and vodka. If you want them more palatable, substitute water for a bit of the alcohol. Delish/photo credits to delish.com serves: 2 1/4 cups sparkling pink moscato wine. Add the pineapple juice to a medium saucepan and heat under medium heat for 5 minutes. If you want to make them peaches and cream shots add a little whipped cream on top when serving.
